Details of the Job/Internship

Pine Labs is hiring a Legal Intern, preferably in their 4th or 5th year of law studies, to join their Mumbai office. The intern will support the legal team in legal research, legal operations, contract management, and regulatory compliance in the fintech and digital commerce space.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with vendors, customers, and partners.
• Conduct research on legal and regulatory matters affecting the company’s operations.
• Support the legal team’s work on data protection, payments regulations, and other legal requirements.

Eligibility

• Pursuing or completed a degree in law (LLB, LLM) in 4th or 5th year.
• Prior internship or work experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of contract law, regulatory compliance, and legal research.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
