Details of the Job/Internship
They are looking for a motivated Law student (LLB) or a recent LLB graduate with a keen interest or specialization in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) to join Pirates Alert as a Legal Intern at their Navi Mumbai office.
- This is a paid internship for a duration of 3 to 6 months, offering valuable hands-on experience in IPR protection, enforcement, and legal strategy.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth legal research on IPR topics including trademarks, copyrights, patents, and anti-counterfeiting laws.
- Assist in drafting legal notices, opinions, and documents related to IP enforcement.
- Support ongoing IP investigations and litigation proceedings.
- Help manage IP portfolios and enforcement strategies.
- Analyze legal documents and prepare concise case briefs.
- Facilitate coordination between investigative teams and legal enforcement agencies.
Eligibility
- Currently pursuing or recently completed an LLB degree.
- Strong academic background or demonstrated interest in Intellectual Property Rights.
- Excellent legal research and drafting skills.
- Sharp attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines.
