Details of the Job/Internship
Proplex Consulting LLP is hiring a Legal Intern to join its office in Bangalore. This is an on-site internship role assisting the legal and operations team in handling real estate documentation and compliance workflows. The internship offers hands-on exposure to real estate transactions and practical legal processes.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assisting in drafting and reviewing property documents, including Sale Deeds, Gift Deeds, Power of Attorney, and agreements.
- Supporting title due diligence and document verification.
- Researching applicable property and registration laws.
- Coordinating documentation checklists with clients.
- Assisting in Khata, registration, and statutory compliance processes.
- Supporting internal documentation and SOP development.
Eligibility
- Currently pursuing a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. programme.
- Strong interest in Real Estate or Property Law.
- Good drafting and legal research skills.
- Basic understanding of the Karnataka property framework preferred but not mandatory.
