Rabbitt AI is hiring a Legal Intern to join their office in New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation, review, and management of legal documents.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and corporate policies.
• Conduct legal research on regulations, compliance, and AI-related legal issues.
• Support the legal team in identifying and mitigating potential legal risks.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external parties to ensure legal compliance.

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Law degree (LLB or equivalent).
• Understanding of legal fundamentals, consulting, and corporate law.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability.
• Familiarity with data privacy, IP, and technology/AI-related compliance is a plus.
