Details of the Job/Internship
RackBank® is hiring a Legal Intern to join their office in Indore.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, NDAs, MoUs, vendor agreements, and client agreements.
- Conduct legal research on data protection, the IT Act, compliance requirements, and industry regulations.
- Maintain and organize legal documentation and databases.
- Support compliance audits and preparation of compliance documents.
- Track legal and regulatory developments related to datacenters, data privacy, cybersecurity, and technology policies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for required legal inputs.
- Assist in preparing internal policies, procedures, and legal reports.
- Support dispute resolution, notices, and drafting legal replies under supervision.
- Perform administrative tasks such as documentation, filing, and updating case trackers.
Eligibility
- Pursuing LLB or BA LLB from a recognized university.
- Strong interest in technology law, IT compliance, cyber law, and corporate law.
- Good understanding of legal drafting and research.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail, confidentiality, and integrity.
