Rapido is inviting law students to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise a diverse range of contracts, including Master Service Agreements, Delivery Service Agreements, Vendor Agreements, Subcontracting Agreements, Collaboration Agreements, and Partnership Agreements.
• Assist in contract lifecycle management activities, such as tracking key dates for renewals, expirations, and amendments.
• Conduct legal research and benchmarking on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards applicable to contractual obligations.
• Support administrative tasks related to contract documentation, recordkeeping, and internal process compliance.
