Details of the Job/Internship

Redcliffe Labs is hiring a Legal Intern for a 6-month on-site internship at their Noida office to assist the in-house Legal team in corporate, commercial, and healthcare-related matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and vet Agreements, NDAs, and MoUs.
• Support contract negotiations and compliance initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external legal consultants.
• Conduct legal research and assist in policy development.

Eligibility

• Pursuing or recently completed LL.B. / B.A. LL.B.
• 0–6 months of experience.
• Strong understanding of contract and corporate law.
• Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and legal research tools.
