Details of the Job/Internship

Resolute India is inviting law students to intern with them at their office in Aluva, Kerala. Resolute India is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented students to join their team as interns focusing on copyright and patent filing. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in intellectual property (IP) documentation and legal filing processes, under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Assist in the preparation and filing of copyright and patent applications.
2. Conduct research on intellectual property laws, regulations, and industry standards.
3. Organize and maintain detailed documentation related to patent claims, copyright registrations, and other legal filings.
4. Coordinate with legal teams and innovators to ensure proper filing and compliance.
5. Review and analyze patent specifications, claims, and prior art.
6. Support in managing correspondence with IP offices and other regulatory bodies.
7. Ensure adherence to timelines for filings and renewals.

Eligibility

1. Currently pursuing a degree in law, intellectual property, engineering, business, or related fields.
2. A basic understanding of copyright, patent laws, and the IP filing process is a plus.
3. Strong research skills and an eye for detail.
4. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
