Details of the Job/Internship

RKRM International Products Pvt. Ltd. is inviting law students to join their office in Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis on statutes, case laws, and regulations.
• Assist in drafting legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, notices, and legal opinions.
• Review and summarize case files, judgments, and legal articles.
• Support litigation matters, including court filings and case preparation.
• Assist in corporate compliance, due diligence, and transactional work as required.
• Manage administrative tasks related to legal proceedings and client communications.
• Handle assignments that may require travel or remote coordination across India.

Eligibility

• Must be a qualified Lawyer and/or Advocate (recent graduates and experienced candidates are welcome to apply).
• Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills.
• Proficiency in legal databases (e.g., Manupatra, SCC Online) and MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
• Adaptable and willing to take on diverse legal assignments as per project requirements.
