Details of the Job/Internship

Route Mobile is hiring a Trainee – Legal (Legal Assistant / Legal Associate) with 0–3 years of experience to join their office in Malad, Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and vetting various agreements, including supply and service contracts.
• Conducting interactive sessions with Sales and Product teams to provide legal clarifications.
• Drafting agreements for communication, messaging, and IT-enabled services.
• Reviewing KYC documents and uploading them on the company’s ERP system.
• Evaluating contractual risks and recommending mitigation measures.
• Initiating, defending, and managing litigation proceedings.
• Drafting legal notices, replies, suits, petitions, and other legal documents.
• Briefing and coordinating with external legal counsel.
• Assisting in obtaining business licenses and registrations.
• Handling intellectual property rights-related matters.
• Liaising with various internal departments.

Eligibility

• 0 to 3 years of experience in contract management.
• Basic experience in litigation, including court filings and proceedings.
