The Legal Team supports this mission by providing guidance across contracts, vendor agreements, lease agreements, intellectual property, employment law, privacy, trade compliance, and litigation, while fostering a culture of ownership, autonomy, and inclusion.

Details of the Job/Internship

Rubrik is hiring a Legal Intern to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist the legal team in managing tasks related to legal research, drafting, and compliance.
• Conduct research on specific legal aspects and prepare comprehensive documents.
• Draft, review, and redline NDAs and other agreements as per business requirements.
• Provide legal support and coordinate with internal stakeholders as necessary.

Eligibility

• 3rd-5th year BA LLB, BBA LLB or 2nd-3rd year LLB students with experience and/or interest in the SaaS industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Experience with corporate and commercial transactions for technology companies is preferred but not required.
• Good understanding of AI, technology, intellectual property, and corporate laws.
