Details of the Job/Internship

Rubrik is hiring a Legal Intern who thrives in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist the legal team in managing tasks related to legal research, drafting, and compliance.
• Conduct research on specific legal aspects and prepare comprehensive documents based on findings.
• Draft, review, and redline NDAs and other agreements as per business requirements.
• Provide legal support and coordinate with internal stakeholders as necessary.

Eligibility

• Pre-final year BA LLB or BBA LLB students with experience and/or interest in the SaaS industry.
• In-house internship experience.
• Exposure to employment laws, compliance laws, and contracts.
• Domain knowledge in contracts.
• Sound knowledge of commercial contracting, contract law principles across geographies and industries, global standards, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Understanding of AI, technology, intellectual property, and corporate laws.
