Details of the Job/Internship
RVJM Consultants Private Limited is hiring a Legal Intern to join their office in Patna. The role involves conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, assisting with corporate filings and compliance, maintaining legal documentation, and supporting internal and external coordination.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on statutes, case law, and regulations.
- Draft and review legal documents including contracts, agreements, and NDAs.
- Assist with corporate filings, due diligence, and compliance procedures.
- Organise and maintain legal files and case documentation.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to gather information.
- Attend meetings, hearings, and depositions, and take notes.
- Assist in preparing legal reports, case notes, and memos.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling and data entry.
Eligibility
- Strong academic record with relevant coursework.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw and LexisNexis, and in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
