RX Consultants Private Limited is hiring a Legal Intern to join their office in Mumbai. The role involves supporting the Legal and Company Secretarial function, with hands-on exposure to contract drafting, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and transactional documentation. This position is designed for individuals seeking practical experience in corporate, commercial, and regulatory law within the healthcare and financial services sector.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on statutes, rules, notifications, circulars, and judicial precedents related to corporate, financial, and healthcare regulations.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and formatting commercial agreements, NDAs, MOUs, service agreements, and vendor contracts.
• Support the preparation of board documentation, resolutions, minutes, and compliance records.
• Maintain and update contract trackers, compliance calendars, and regulatory filings.
• Assist in due diligence reviews and risk assessments for strategic partnerships.
• Provide support in litigation matters.

Eligibility

• LL.B – Final year or completed.
• Graduation.
