Details of the Job/Internship

Sachin P. Kumar & Associates is hiring a Legal Intern  to join their office in Pune or Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in the drafting of legal documents and research for active cases.
• Observe and provide support during court proceedings at the High Court and ITAT.
• Work directly on live files and real-world legal matters under supervision.
• Interact with various administrative and legal departments to facilitate case management.
• Maintain discipline and attention to detail in all assigned research tasks.
• Support the senior team in preparing briefs and documentation for appellate matters.

Eligibility

• Candidates must be willing to serve a compulsory period of 1.5 years (including training).
• Must be able to adhere to the office timings of 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
• Strong commitment to building a long-term career in the legal field.
• Disciplined, detail-oriented, and eager to learn through practical exposure.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Pune or Mumbai.

Salary/Stipend

₹7,000/- per month (Stipend).
