Details of the Job/Internship

Sachin P. Kumar & Associates is offering a long-term Legal Internship designed to provide hands-on experience in litigation and taxation matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in legal drafting and research.
• Work on live case files and litigation matters.
• Support in preparing replies to notices and legal documents.
• Gain exposure to court proceedings and hearings.
• Assist in matters related to Income Tax, GST, PMLA, EPF, and other economic laws.
• Coordinate with different departments for case-related work.

Eligibility

• Law students willing to undertake a long-term internship.
• Strong interest in litigation and taxation laws.
• Disciplined, detail-oriented, and committed candidates.
• Willingness to serve a compulsory duration of 1–1.5 years (including training).
