Details of the Job/Internship

Salot & Shah is inviting law students to join their office in Ahmedabad. 

• Timings: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (includes breaks).
• Duration: 6 months.
• Future Opportunity: PPO based on successful and satisfactory performance.

Role and Responsibilities

• As an Assessment Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in:
  • Non-Litigation Practice
  • Client Consultation & One-on-One Legal Advisory
• Contract Lifecycle Management: Drafting, Vetting, Amendments, Addendums, Extensions.
• Compliance Advisory:
  • HR & Employee Regulations.
  • POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment).
  • Privacy & Data Protection (including DPDPA & GDPR).
• Drafting of key commercial documents: SHA, SPA, JVs, TTAs, NDAs, and MOUs.
• Participation in Legal Audits, Court Hearings, and Client Visits.
