Details of the Job/Internship
Schbang is hiring a Legal Intern to join their Legal and Compliance team for a full-time duration of six months in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and vetting client agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, service agreements, and influencer and talent contracts.
- Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, intellectual property, advertising, and data protection laws.
- Support compliance tracking and regulatory documentation.
- Maintain and organize contract databases and legal records.
- Assist in reviewing marketing campaigns from a regulatory and risk perspective.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, clarifications, and contract execution.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Legal team as required.
Eligibility
- Final-year LLB students from three-year or five-year courses available for a full-time, six-month internship.
- Strong understanding of contract law and corporate or commercial law.
- Excellent drafting and legal research skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship experience with a law firm or in-house legal team.
- Basic understanding of intellectual property, advertising, and data protection laws.
