Details of the Job/Internship
Sharp & Stellar is hiring a Legal Intern for a full-time paid internship at its Bangalore office. The intern will gain hands-on experience in Indian tax, regulatory, and business law through legal research, documentation, and client advisory work. The role offers a strong foundation for those aspiring to specialize in business and tax regulations.
Internship Details:
- Duration: 6 months (with potential for full-time role).
- Working Days: Monday to Friday.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents.
- Draft legal opinions and responses to regulatory notices.
- Collaborate with senior team members on complex legal matters.
- Research legal provisions and advise clients on regulatory compliance.
- Perform legal due diligence.
- Participate in client meetings to understand requirements.
- Engage in training sessions to enhance legal proficiency.
Eligibility
- LL.B. or equivalent legal qualification.
- Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Indian commercial, business, and tax laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
