SignDesk is inviting law students to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

Contract Review & Analysis:

• Analyze and interpret various legal documents including Sale and Service Agreements, Partnership Agreements, Lease and License Agreements, Vendor Agreements, NDAs, RFPs, Employment Contracts, and Due Diligence Reports.

Information Extraction:

• Extract and summarize key legal and financial data from complex contracts to support teams in sales, risk & compliance, and revenue assurance.

Contract Drafting Support:

• Assist in drafting contract clauses, amendments, and negotiation notes to ensure favorable and compliant terms for the organization.

Platform Engagement:

• Work on SignDesk’s proprietary contract management platforms for organizing, managing, and analyzing client legal documentation.

Project Involvement:

• Contribute to client-specific projects requiring high-quality output and adherence to deadlines, often involving interpretation and modeling of unstructured contract data.

Eligibility

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex legal texts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Publisher and Visio is an added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Law:
• 4th or 5th year of a 5-year integrated LL.B. program, or
• 3rd year of a 3-year LL.B. program.
