SignDesk is inviting law students to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review contract terms and conditions before execution; assist in negotiating favorable terms.
- Draft contractual provisions and amendments when necessary.
- Analyze and extract key legal and financial information from documents such as:
- Sale & Service Agreements
- Partnership Agreements
- Lease & License Agreements
- RFPs, Vendor Agreements, and Statements of Work
- Employment Contracts, Due Diligence Contracts, and NDAs
- Conduct contract reviews to identify risks, compliance gaps, and revenue assurance data, presenting findings in a clear and user-friendly manner.
- Support multiple client projects across industries including software technology, manufacturing, telecom, and pharmaceuticals.
- Work on contract management platforms (such as Signdesk) to manage legal and financial information.
- Interpret, model, report, and analyze complex contract data and unstructured information.
Eligibility
- Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to extract key insights from complex contracts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of Publisher/Visio is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Currently enrolled in:
- 4th or 5th year of an integrated LL.B. course, OR
- 3rd year of a 3-year LL.B. course.
