Details of the Job/Internship
SignDesk is inviting law students to intern with them in their Bengaluru office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Analyze and extract key legal and financial information from a wide range of contracts, including but not limited to:
- Sale & Service Agreements, Partnership Agreements, Lease & License Agreements
- RFPs, Vendor Agreements, Statements of Work
- Employment Contracts, Due Diligence Contracts, and NDAs
- Review commercial contracts to distill critical insights related to sales, compliance, risk, and revenue assurance—presenting them in a clear, concise, and actionable format.
- Collaborate on diverse client projects across industries such as technology, manufacturing, telecommunications, and pharmaceuticals—consistently delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
- Utilize proprietary Contract Management platforms (e.g., Signdesk) to organize and manage client legal and financial information efficiently.
- Interpret, model, and analyze complex contractual data and unstructured information with precision and clarity
Eligibility
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract key points from complex documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with familiarity in Publisher and Visio being a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication abilities.
- Open to students currently in their 4th or 5th year of a 5-year integrated law program, or final-year students of a 3-year LLB course.
