Signode India Limited is inviting law students to intern with them in Hyderabad office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Legal Intern - APAC shall support Associate General Counsel – APAC.
- To work with our Asia Pacific (APAC) Associate General Counsel on corporate, secretarial, and legal matters. It will also involve assisting in ensuring a high standard of corporate governance, conducting committee meetings with post and pre-meeting documentation, ensuring necessary filing, monitoring compliances, record-keeping, providing relevant corporate secretarial support under various jurisdictions and coordinating with external consultants.
- Pre-Litigation: Acquire facts, evidence, investigation, liaise with stakeholders, draft response to notices, negotiations wherever required to mitigate risks, attending meetings with customers and vendors, settlement of disputes.
- Litigation: Support in handing Arbitration, breach of contract, product liability, Money claims, NI Act, Tax litigation, Labour matters, Insolvency and Bankruptcy maters at NCLT and High Court/ Supreme Court matters
- Debt recovery: Support the organization in recovery of long outstanding and disputed dues
- Corporate secretarial: supporting in drafting Agenda, notices, minutes, annual report, etc. Support in necessary filings with the regulatory authorities

- Pursing/completed LLB from a reputed Law School.
