Details of the Job/Internship

Simple Energy is hiring a Legal Intern for a 2–3 months paid internship to join its in-house legal team in Bangalore.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing NDAs and MNDAs.
• Assisting with legal research on regulatory, corporate, and commercial matters.
• Supporting review of MoUs, service agreements, MSAs, and vendor contracts.
• Maintaining documentation and version control of legal drafts and executed agreements.
• Assisting with internal coordination related to legal documentation.
• Supporting legal and compliance-related tasks and special projects.
• Assisting with corporate governance documentation and compliance initiatives.

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing LL.B. (fourth or final year of a 5-year course, or final year of a 3-year course).
• Strong interest in corporate law, contract law, and legal research.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and legal documentation tools.
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and professional work ethic.
