Details of the Job/Internship
SLB is inviting law students to join their office in Navi Mumbai.
- Duration: 6 Months (Full-Time, On-Site)
Role and Responsibilities
Legal Research:
- Conduct in-depth research on legal principles, regulatory developments, and case laws relevant to the oil & gas and technology sectors. Summarize findings in clear and concise legal notes or memos.
Case Management Support:
- Assist in organizing, updating, and maintaining legal case files and internal tracking systems. Help prepare case summaries and status reports.
Contract Review & Vetting:
- Support the legal team in reviewing commercial contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, and related amendments. Assist in identifying key legal risks and ensuring compliance with internal policies.
Corporate Secretarial Support:
- Aid in the preparation and review of corporate documentation, board resolutions, and statutory records. Ensure adherence to corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
Eligibility
- Final-year student of LLB or LLM.
- Available to work full-time (5 days a week) from the SLB office.
