smallcase is hiring a Legal Intern to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Track and summarise regulatory updates from SEBI, RBI, IRDAI, and IFSCA, and review SAT and SEBI adjudication orders to identify emerging trends.
• Conduct in-depth research for new product features and prepare comparative tables to track legislative developments.
• Perform gap analysis of internal policies against new regulations to ensure compliance.
• Assist with regulatory mapping of product features and support execution of key legal contracts.

Eligibility

• Strong skills in legal research and interpretation.
• High aptitude for critical thinking.
• Ability to analyse complex regulations and assess their application to innovative products.
