SolicitorsIndia Law Offices is inviting law students to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Research & Drafting: Conduct legal research on company law, securities law, FEMA, taxation, and related corporate regulations. Draft legal opinions, notes, and memos.
- Contract Review & Drafting: Assist in reviewing, drafting, and vetting commercial contracts, NDAs, shareholders’ agreements, and other corporate documents.
- Corporate Advisory: Support the team on compliance matters under the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, FEMA, RBI guidelines, and allied laws.
- Due Diligence: Participate in due diligence exercises for M&A, joint ventures, and investment transactions.
- Compliance & Filings: Prepare compliance checklists and assist with filings before MCA/ROC, RBI, and other regulatory authorities.
- Knowledge Management: Prepare case summaries, research notes, and updates on recent corporate law developments.
- Client Support (under supervision): Draft client communications and assist in preparing presentations.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or completed B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) / B.B.A. LL.B. from a reputed law school.
- Strong academic background with an emphasis on corporate and commercial laws.
- Prior internship experience in corporate law firms or exposure to corporate transactions is preferred.
