Details of the Job/Internship

SR Legals is hiring a Legal Intern to join their office in Mumbai. The intern will work closely with a Senior Advocate and gain exposure to major courts in Mumbai, including the Bombay High Court, City Civil Court, Small Causes Court, DRT, NCLT, and others. The internship offers hands-on experience in litigation processes, including research, drafting, filing, and client handling. The minimum commitment period is two months, with flexible working hours. A certificate of internship will be provided upon completion, and a stipend may be offered based on performance.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in legal research and drafting.
• Support filing and client handling throughout litigation processes.
• Attend daily court visits and assist in managing ongoing cases.
• Work closely with the Senior Advocate across multiple courts in Mumbai.

Eligibility

• 3rd or 4th year students from a 3-year law degree program, or 5th or 6th year students from a 5-year law degree program.
• Strong interest in litigation, research, and legal drafting.
• Detail-oriented, punctual, and possessing good communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to travel to various courts.
