Details of the Job/Internship

They are looking for a recent law graduate specializing in Corporate Law to join their legal team. This role provides hands-on experience in corporate governance, compliance, and legal advisory for business operations.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Conduct legal research on corporate laws, regulations, and compliance.
• Support due diligence, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate transactions.
• Liaise with internal teams and external legal entities.
• Ensure company policies align with legal and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility

• LL.B / LL.M in Corporate Law or Business Law.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance and compliance.
• Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
