Stride Ventures is hiring for the position of Legal Intern to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
Regulatory Research & Documentation
- Compile a comprehensive ready reckoner on SEBI (Alternative Investment Funds) Regulations, 2012, including relevant master circulars.
- Summarize key regulatory provisions to support internal compliance and operational reference.
Contract Review & Deviation Analysis
- Assist in reviewing legal agreements such as NDAs and portfolio investment contracts.
- Prepare deviation matrices to identify variations from approved templates and flag potential risks.
Legal Template Standardization
- Draft and streamline templates for commonly used legal documents (e.g., board/shareholder resolutions, fund-related agreements).
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and user-friendliness across document formats.
Eligibility
- Currently in 3rd or 4th year of a law degree from a Delhi-based university.
- Solid understanding of corporate and securities laws, particularly SEBI regulations.
- Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
