Details of the Job/Internship
Succeed Technologies is hiring a Legal Intern to support legal accuracy and compliance across its eLearning solutions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Vet contracts, partnership agreements, and legal documents for compliance and risk mitigation.
- Provide legal opinions and support on client, product, and content-related issues.
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance for all products and services.
- Draft terms of use, privacy policies, disclaimers, and legal notices.
- Collaborate with the eLearning Development Team to ensure legal compliance of training modules.
- Work with instructional designers and legal experts to maintain content accuracy and quality.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and post social media creatives to enhance brand visibility.
- Respond to client queries and provide legal guidance on POSH implementation and related matters.
- Develop and maintain knowledge bases, newsletters, and engagement tools on POSH developments.
- Monitor updates in Indian laws and other relevant jurisdictions relating to POSH and workplace conduct.
Eligibility
- Working knowledge of Sexual Harassment Laws and Data Protection Laws.
- Experience in contract and agreement review.
- Excellent English communication and writing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
Salary/Stipend
Stipend of ₹18,000 per month.
