Details of the Job/Internship

Sud & Sud is inviting law students to join their office in New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on diverse issues to support ongoing cases and advisory work.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, petitions, and briefs.
• Participate in case preparation, including document review and evidence collation.
• Provide support in client meetings, consultations, and internal discussions.
• Track and summarize legal developments relevant to ongoing cases.
• Support the team with day-to-day operational and legal tasks.

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing a degree in Law (LL.B./B.A. LL.B. or equivalent).
• Strong skills in legal research, drafting, and documentation.
• Interest in litigation, regulatory issues, and corporate disputes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
