Sugandhs & Co., Advocates & Legal Consultants is hiring a Legal Intern to join their office in New Delhi. The internship will provide practical exposure to courtroom proceedings, legal drafting, and litigation work across civil and criminal matters. Interns will gain experience by assisting advocates, attending court hearings, and working on real cases.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents including petitions, affidavits, and agreements.
• Draft and review legal notices, replies, and contracts.
• Prepare case briefs and organise court documents.
• Attend court hearings in District Courts, High Courts, and the Supreme Court of India.
• Conduct research on landmark judgments and legal precedents.
• Observe client consultations and understand litigation strategy.
• Assist in legal file management and documentation.
• Stay updated on current legal developments.
