Details of the Job/Internship

Sugandhs & Co., Advocates & Legal Consultants, is inviting applications for a Legal Internship for the period January 2026 to March 2026 to join its office in New Delhi. The internship offers offline, courtroom-based learning with practical exposure to litigation and legal practice.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents including petitions, affidavits and agreements.
• Attend court hearings before District Courts, High Courts and the Supreme Court of India.
• Assist in civil and criminal litigation matters, consumer complaints and partition suits.
• Research landmark judgments and legal precedents.
• Draft and review legal notices, replies and contracts.
• Prepare case briefs and organise court documents.
• Observe client consultations and assist in understanding litigation strategy.
• Support legal file management and documentation.
• Stay updated with current legal developments.

Eligibility

Law students interested in gaining courtroom and litigation experience.
