Details of the Job/Internship

SulahMitra is seeking a Legal Intern to assist with legal and policy research on mediation and alternative dispute resolution frameworks.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal and policy research on mediation and ADR frameworks in India and abroad.
• Assist in drafting case briefs, settlement agreements, mediation summaries, and reports.
• Support mediators and the SulahMitra team in ongoing mediation processes.
• Develop knowledge resources, blogs, and awareness material on mediation practices and benefits.
• Participate in virtual meetings, training sessions, and capacity-building workshops.
• Contribute ideas for enhancing the digital platform and outreach initiatives.

Salary/Stipend
