Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review claims, notices and interim applications, and check CCA’s.
- Assist in litigation and arbitration matters.
- File EP cases before the appropriate forum.
- Follow up with empanelled lawyers.
- Maintain legal documentation and records.
Eligibility
- Fresh law graduates.
- Strong research, drafting and communication skills.
- Interest in arbitration, litigation and recovery proceedings.
