Syndrome Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is inviting law students to join their office in Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on various corporate law matters.
• Support the legal team in organizing documentation for business transactions.
• Assist with compliance monitoring and legal due diligence activities.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the legal department as needed.

Eligibility

• Law graduates preferred (final year students may also apply)..
• Keen interest in corporate and commercial law.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and communication skills.
• Excellent command of English – both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
