Talukdar Law Offices, founded by Riju Mani Talukdar, an Advocate-on-Record, Supreme Court of India and Registered Indian Patent Office, is a litigation and corporate firm based in New Delhi with main focus and expertise in intellectual property laws, service matters, corporate law, real estate and property disputes, consumer disputes, civil laws, matrimonial disputes and criminal disputes etc. The firm also provides services to Start up in building their strong legal base; contracts and negotiation and help them securing their intellectual property. 

Details of the Job/Internship

Talukdar Law Offices is invitin law students to intern with them in New Delhi office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Undertake Legal research and prepare report on research.
• Write short briefs or prepare presentation on the judgments of Supreme Court and High Courts for firm.
• Prepare briefs on the cases.
• Basic legal drafting of applications/ notices etc.
• Appear before the Courts in Delhi.

Eligibility

• Final year/4th year Law Students from a reputed University/ College.
• Must have fair writing and communication skill.
• Must have fair research skills.
