Tata Capital is hiring a Legal Intern to join their office in Chennai immediately. The role involves assisting with drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and supporting litigation, arbitration, and compliance matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting legal notices, replies, petitions, and arbitration documents.
• Conduct legal research and case-law analysis.
• Support ongoing litigation, arbitration, and compliance matters.
• Coordinate with internal teams for document collection and case updates.
• Maintain legal records and assist the legal team in day-to-day tasks.

Eligibility

• Law graduate or final-year law student.
• Strong research and drafting skills.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to join immediately.
• Prior exposure to corporate or NBFC legal work is a plus.
• Internship duration: 3–6 months.
