Details of the Job/Internship
Techno India Group is hiring a Legal Intern to join their office in the Kolkata metropolitan area. This is a full-time, on-site role involving legal research, document preparation, compliance support, and assistance in legal consulting activities in coordination with the legal team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in researching and analysing legal issues.
- Prepare legal documents and support legal consulting activities.
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure compliance and assist in resolving legal matters.
- Contribute to the interpretation and application of relevant legal frameworks for the organisation.
Eligibility
- Proficiency in legal document preparation and understanding of legal processes.
- Knowledge of law and legal issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and attention to detail skills.
- Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
- Internship or practical experience in legal or corporate environments is a plus.
