Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analyse legal matters.
• Support legal consultations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws.
• Manage documentation and perform legal administrative tasks.

Eligibility

• Pursuing or holding a degree in Law or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of law and proficiency in handling legal issues.
• Skills in legal consulting and providing professional legal guidance.
• Experience in legal document preparation, compliance, and document management.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail, strong organisational abilities, and an analytical mindset.
• Experience in corporate law, M&A, or private equity is advantageous.
