Details of the Job/Internship

Thada & Associates is inviting applications for 3 Legal Intern positions at their Jaipur office for an offline, in-person internship

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and filing of Trademark and Copyright applications.
• Conduct exhaustive legal research on IPR statutes and judicial precedents.
• Draft various legal documents, including IP-related notices, licensing agreements, and contracts.
• Gain practical exposure to the administrative procedures of IP registries.
• Support senior associates in case preparation and client handling strategies.
• Maintain organized records of IP filings and research outcomes.
• Participate in internal briefings to understand the commercial aspects of IP protection.

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Law in any year of study.
• A strong, demonstrated interest in Intellectual Property Law.
• Proactive, disciplined, and eager to learn in a professional office setting.
• Excellent research and writing skills.
• Ability to work offline from the Jaipur office.
