Details of the Job/Internship

Thakkar & Dalal Advocates is hiring a Legal Intern to join their office in Ahmedabad. This role requires a minimum commitment of one year and offers hands-on exposure to corporate, commercial, compliance, and litigation matters in a professional work environment.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, MoUs, NDAs, and legal notices.
• Assist in corporate, commercial, and compliance-related matters.
• Support filings before the Trademark Registry, NCLT, and DRT, and assist with statutory compliances.
• Maintain and update legal records, case trackers, and documentation.
• Assist in litigation support, including case follow-ups and document preparation.

Eligibility

• Law students or recent graduates with an interest in corporate and litigation practice.
• Strong drafting, research, and organisational skills.
• Ability to commit for a minimum period of one year.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and legal research tools is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
