Details of the Job/Internship

The Bellagio is hiring Legal Interns for immediate engagement to support ongoing litigation matters related to real estate projects in Mumbai. The internship offers structured, hands-on exposure to IBC, SARFAESI, RDB Act, and Companies Act, 2013 matters, with direct supervision from a designated legal manager and outcome-driven practical learning.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in IBC proceedings before NCLT and NCLAT.
• Support SARFAESI and recovery-related documentation and strategy.
• Assist with corporate law compliances linked to stressed real estate assets.
• Coordinate with external counsel, financial creditors, and internal stakeholders.

Eligibility

• Law students with an interest in insolvency, financial, and corporate laws.
• Preference for candidates who have completed formal coursework or certifications in insolvency or financial laws.
• Strong research, drafting, and execution skills.
