Details of the Job/Internship

The Legal Savvy is hiring Legal Interns for a minimum three-month in-office traineeship in Hyderabad. The role offers hands-on exposure to financial law and dispute resolution, mentorship from experienced professionals, and the possibility of a Pre-Placement Offer based on performance.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conducting legal research on loan settlements, RBI guidelines, and consumer protection laws.
• Assisting in drafting legal documents, including settlement agreements, notices, and client correspondence.
• Supporting negotiation and dispute resolution processes with financial institutions and clients.
• Preparing case summaries and maintaining legal documentation.
• Staying updated on legal developments related to debt recovery and financial laws.
• Interacting with clients under supervision to understand requirements and provide legal assistance.
• Contributing to business development by identifying and onboarding new clients.
• Collaborating with team members and participating in office-based meetings.

Eligibility

• Final-year students pursuing BBA LL.B. (5-year integrated) or LL.B. (3-year programme), graduating in 2025.
• Residents of Andhra Pradesh or Telangana.
• Fluency in Telugu and English.
• Basic understanding of contract law, banking regulations, and financial dispute resolution.
• Good research and drafting skills.
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.
• Willingness to commit to a minimum three-month traineeship.
