Details of the Job/Internship

The Vertex Law Chambers is hiring a Legal Intern for a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research across the firm’s practice areas.
• Draft and review contracts and prepare legal documents.
• Assist lawyers in analyzing legal issues and identifying relevant case laws.
• Organize and manage case files.
• Gain practical exposure to litigation, corporate law, and intellectual property matters.

Eligibility

• Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• Understanding of legal issues, legal frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong skills in legal consulting and the ability to analyze and interpret legal problems.
• Proficiency in legal document preparation, including drafting contracts and agreements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced professional environment.
• Interest in one or more of the firm’s key practice areas is advantageous.
