Details of the Job/Internship
T&R Law Offices is hiring a Legal Intern for a paid internship commencing on 18th February 2025 at their office in Delhi. The internship is for a mandatory period of three months and will be compensated. The firm prefers a hybrid mode of engagement; however, remote internships may be considered for suitable candidates. The role involves meaningful engagement in ongoing transactions and direct support in research, drafting, and corporate advisory mandates across key practice areas, including Mergers & Acquisitions, AIF Formation and Structuring, Legal Due Diligence, General Corporate Advisory, Contract Drafting (including Shareholders’ Agreements, Share Subscription Agreements, and related instruments), Intellectual Property Filings, and other allied corporate law matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Engaging in ongoing transactions.
- Providing research and drafting support.
- Assisting in corporate advisory mandates across Mergers & Acquisitions, AIF formation and structuring, legal due diligence, general corporate advisory, contract drafting, intellectual property filings, and related corporate law matters.
Eligibility
- Law students with a demonstrated commitment to the full duration of the internship.
- Prior internship experience or substantive interest in General Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions matters preferred.
- Strong research orientation.
- Prior publications or writing experience in relevant legal domains will be viewed favourably.
