Trellix is hiring a Legal Intern to join its office in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and summarizing contracts, agreements, NDAs, and legal notices.
• Conduct legal research on corporate laws, regulatory compliances, and internal policies.
• Support corporate filings, documentation, and record-keeping activities.
• Help prepare legal opinions, case briefs, and internal memoranda.
• Track regulatory updates impacting the organization.
• Coordinate with internal departments on documentation and compliance matters.
• Attend meetings and maintain minutes when required.
