Tsaaro Consulting is hiring a Legal Intern for a full-time, onsite internship of 6 months, with the potential to convert to a full-time role.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents including NDAs, contracts, and privacy policies.
- Conduct legal research on privacy regulations such as GDPR, DPDP, and HIPAA.
- Support in preparing memos, compliance documents, and client advisory notes.
- Maintain internal databases and organize legal records.
- Collaborate with privacy and compliance teams to ensure legal alignment.
- Apply confidentiality clauses and terms, especially in NDAs.
Eligibility
- Law student or recent graduate.
- Prior internship or experience in legal drafting preferred.
- Basic understanding of NDAs, contract structures, and confidentiality clauses.
- Knowledge of data privacy frameworks such as GDPR and DPDP.
- Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Courses or certifications in Data Privacy, Cyber Law, or Contract Law preferred.
- Interest in Tech Law, Privacy Law, or Regulatory Compliance.
