TTFA Academy is inviting law students to join their office remotely.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research on regulatory, compliance, and intellectual property matters relevant to edtech and digital learning platforms.
• Draft, review, and organize various legal documents, including contracts, terms of service, privacy policies, partnership agreements, NDAs, and more.
• Provide support in legal consulting, offering preliminary opinions and identifying potential legal risks or compliance gaps.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure policies and operations align with current legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Support in the implementation of legal compliance protocols and maintain records for audits or internal reviews.
• Assist in handling trademark, copyright, and licensing matters as needed.
• Participate in legal meetings and document internal discussions, ensuring accurate communication of legal advice and decisions.

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM) or a related field.
• Strong foundation in corporate law, contract law, intellectual property law, and legal compliance.
• Proficiency in legal writing and documentation, with an ability to draft, interpret, and proofread complex documents.
• Exceptional research and analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to interpret statutes and case law.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• High level of professional integrity and discretion, especially when handling confidential information.
• Previous internship or work experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, or edtech company is a plus.
• Familiarity with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, Indian IT Act) is an added advantage.
